Make sure your GCRAI deed information is up to date.
When the original land for the road was purchased from the Kings in 2002, a GCRAI Transfer-Deed of Land document was created. Some of the information on that document is now out of date including transfer of ownership, current addresses, etc.
We need to update this and will be contacting you if necessary, to obtain updated information.
A reminder that if your property changes hands through a sale or transfer within family, these transfers (property, including road access share) must be recorded on your deed.
